Focused on multiple markets, I have represented a wide range of
clients in the sale and acquisition of property for National, local home
builders and investment opportunity for individuals. I specialize in
acquisition of land for shopping centers and multi-family developers.  
I also have emphasis in purchase and sale of office and retail
buildings for owner occupied and net investment.

Project Samples:

Cave Creek Resort and Casitas  Represented land owner in the JV
and full entitlement of a 225 room Resort/Condo in Cave Creek. Total
sale price anticipated to be $130mil

Pima Norte Office Complex  44,000 sq ft Class A Office, North
Scottsdale. As an equity partner I purchase the land, completed all
entitlements, coordinated the design and construction of the complex.
Located at the SWC of Pima and Cave Creek Rd. In late 2007 we
successful closed escrow in the sale of this property to Houston
based Reit, Whitestone Properties, total sale was 13.4 mil.

Singh Development   Representation of Singh Development in the
acquisition of high density land for an upscale senior living product.
Current negotiations with Right Path development on their Super
Block 8 parcel at Desert Ridge, Phoenix. Sale price 12.1 mil

Tierra Del Sol  1100 single family home site development in Eloy,
Arizona. Sale Price $22.0 mil

Paul C. Dyck Estate  The successful close of escrow on 315 acre
estate outside Sedona, Arizona. This estate required water right
analysis , Yavapai County Land division regulations, 404 permits and
onsite archeological surveys on a major cave finding with over 750
items discovered and  by the Los Angeles Museum. Sale price $5.8
mil

Cave Creek Towne Center  The purchase and full entitlements of
65 multifamily units and 24,000 sq ft of commercial. I purchase the
property and assigned into an LLC, retained all consultants, took
project through preliminary and now at final plat. We will construct this
mix use development, sell of the multifamily individually, lease out all
commercial, then sell commercial as net cap investment. Sale price to
be $32 mil

Pleasant View Estates  The sale of individual lots in Cave Creek.
Sales price of $7mil

TTI Office Building  Current representation of the acquisition of a
20,000 sq ft Class A office building in N. Scottsdale and the sale of
their existing 10,000 sq ft building in Scottsdale Airpark.

Desert Mountain Properties  Representing Desert Mountain in the
acquisition of available property  contiguous to Desert Mountain.
