Sale Price $22.0 mil Paul C. Dyck Estate The successful close of escrow on 315 acre estate outside Sedona, Arizona. This estate required water right analysis , Yavapai County Land division regulations, 404 permits and onsite archeological surveys on a major cave finding with over 750 items discovered and by the Los Angeles Museum. Sale price $5.8 mil Cave Creek Towne Center The purchase and full entitlements of 65 multifamily units and 24,000 sq ft of commercial. I purchase the property and assigned into an LLC, retained all consultants, took project through preliminary and now at final plat. We will construct this mix use development, sell of the multifamily individually, lease out all commercial, then sell commercial as net cap investment.
